BHAGINI NIVEDITA UTKARSH MANDAL is an NGO working in the fields of education, social improvement of economically deprived children and needy women. It is steadily and confidently moving towards this goal due to its committed volunteers, which comprises of educated and dedicated people. Trust is primarily managed by women, for women and children. The trustees and volunteers work on voluntary basis, without taking any salary.

Trust was incorporated in 1993 under No. E-1411. The trust was registered under section 12A of the Income Tax Act (No. T-75) in 1999. Trust is granted exemption under section 80-G (5) of the Income Tax Act and is also registered for receiving foreign donations under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA).
